Find Model, Serial And SA Numbers For Solidigm™ (Formerly Intel®) Solid State Drives

Identify Model, Serial And SA Numbers Required To Find Warranty Information For Solidigm™ (Formerly Intel®) SSDs And Modules

All Solidigm™ (formerly Intel®) NAND Solid State Drives have labels. These product labels have the serial number, SA number, model number, and much more. The location and size of a label may vary depending on the model of the drive.

Model number: The model number represents the make and model of your SSD or module.
Serial number: The serial number is a unique identification number to your SSD or module. Some labels refer to the serial number as SN or ISN.
SA number: The SA number represents the stocking ID. The SA number is not required to obtain warranty information. However, the SA number is required to process an RMA request. Provide this information during the RMA process.

To check your warranty coverage, contact Solidigm™ Support with your serial number, SN, or ISN number.
