If "N" is listed for a given tool, then it does not contain the listed firmware.
If your drive is from an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), the firmware naming may be different.
Contact your OEM representative or manufacturer for updates.
Tools cannot update drives with pre-production firmware.
Contact your Solidigm representative.
If your product is not listed, support may have ended and the firmware removed. See Discontinued Products.
