  • If "N" is listed for a given tool, then it does not contain the listed firmware.
  • If your drive is from an original equipment manufacturer (OEM), the firmware naming may be different.
    • Contact your OEM representative or manufacturer for updates.
  • Tools cannot update drives with pre-production firmware.
    • Contact your Solidigm representative.
  • If your product is not listed, support may have ended and the firmware removed. See Discontinued Products.
