Provides Guidance On Enabling Fast Lane Feature
Overview
Fast Lane is automatically enabled once the Solidigm Driver is installed.
| NOTE | Fast Lane cannot work if CSM, RAID, or VMD are enabled. |
Summary
1. Check system configuration
- Review the Solidigm Synergy™ User Guide for what operating systems are supported.
- BIOS/UEFI settings: Ensure that your BIOS/UEFI settings are optimized for NVMe* SSDs. Features such as CSM (Compatibility Support Module) should be disabled for better NVMe support.
- Reminder: CSM, RAID, or VMD mode cannot be enabled to use Fast Lane.
2. Verify the correct driver is installed
- Download and install the latest version of Solidigm Synergy™ Software.
- Be sure the Solidigm Synergy™ Driver is checked.
- Check that Fast Lane is on.
- Launch the Solidigm Synergy™ Toolkit.
- Select the 'Fast Lane' tab for your P41 Plus.
